Position: Part-time Retail Sales Associate

We are searching for an experienced part-time sales associate. You are a highly motivated individual with sales experience and a love of fashion. Work directly with the boutique owner to inspire, support, and most importantly, connect with our valued customers...both existing and new.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the store owner, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, running the sales floor, receiving inventory, daily replenishment of stock, fixture maintenance as well as visual merchandising and store standards.

Job Requirements:

-Proven sales experience 

-Knowledge of the retail industry; love of fashion and trends

-Excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate and build rapport with existing/new clientele

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Accountable to store and individual goals and results

-Professional, positive attitude and capable of working independently

-Awareness of current trends and the ability to apply your expertise to styling our clientele

-Basic computer skills; social media skills an asset

-Able to consistently fulfill agreed upon scheduled shifts
